Boutique Hotel Room
Each of our hotel rooms have unique interior styles and décor, with garden or mountain views.
Fully refurbished and redecorated in 2015, our boutique hotel rooms all feature elegant furnishings and a superior standard of comfort with views of either our colourful cottage gardens or Nelson's Kahurangi mountain range and the Waimea Inlet.
Each wing of the hotel offers easy access to a coffee and tea bar for a late-night drink, and for avid readers a small library is available. Next to reception, guests have access to the hotel lounge and patio area.
Each boutique hotel room at Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco includes a queen size bed. (Two rooms have permanent twin beds, which must be requested at time of booking.) Heating over the winter in this unit is by portable fan heater, and in summer all rooms have opening windows and the rooms facing the Waimea Inlet have ceiling fans to assist in cooling the rooms.
