- Cross the bridge and continue on to Point Road
- Turn right on to Quiet Woman Way - the Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco is on the right
To reach the hotel from Nelson City:
- Head west towards Trafalgar Square
- Turn left onto Rutherford Street
- Continue along Rutherford Street as it veers left and becomes Waimea Road
- At the roundabout, continue straight onto Whakatu Drive
- At the second roundabout, take the second exit on to State Highway 6 heading to Richmond/Westport
- Continue straight to stay on State Highway 6
- At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Quarantine Road
- At the second roundabout, take the first exit onto Nayland Road
- At the third roundabout, take the third exit on to Songer Street
- Continue onto Point Road
- Turn right into Quiet Woman Way - the Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco is on the right
To reach the hotel from the south:
- Head north on State Highway 6 from Richmond
- At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Richmond Deviation heading to Stoke
- Continue onto Main Road Stoke
- Continue onto Main Road
- At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Saxton Road West
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Point Road
- Turn right into Quiet Woman Way - the Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco is on the right
