Guest Service Agent - work available
The Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco, one of Nelson’s leading hotels is looking for hospitality professionals with a cheerful, outgoing personality to join our well known and successful operation. The role is based in Nelson.
Your responsibilities as a Guest Service Agent will include checking guests in and out, handling guest queries, reconciliation of hotel revenues and end-of-day procedures, liaising with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and above all, providing an exceptional level of customer service to guests.
To be considered for this role, you must have a high level of computer literacy and attention to detail. You will be well groomed, highly motivated, have an outgoing, warm personality to welcome the most weary of travellers and be an active team player.
You will be required to work a rotating roster which includes morning and evening shifts as well as weekend work.
